As a new PR agency -- in this new world – we
need to answer this question for our clients, our team, and ourselves.
For our clients, leadership means being able to engage with
each of their constituencies, across any medium, any audience,
any geography.
For our team – some of the world's top communication consultants – leadership
means finding the right opportunities, with the right clients,
while also finding the resources they need to compete in an increasingly
global marketplace.
For ourselves, leadership means taking what has worked in the
past, discarding what hasn't, and designing an agency that meet
the new needs of clients and consultants.
The time has come for a new kind of PR agency, and that's the
challenge we are taking up for ourselves.
In the next few weeks, we will roll out the details. But our
vision for HubbubPR(sm) is this: to become the PR industry's
first agency deliberately designed for the globally networked
economy.
With a core team of communications strategists, tapping
into an open global community of best-in-class
experts (launching this Winter), we believe that we can provide
businesses with a better way to communicate across a wide range
of channels, including traditional media, social media and mobile
technologies. And with this hybrid "physical/virtual" agency
model, we believe we can provide independent consultants with
a better way to grow in their professions, offering them many
of the benefits that come with working for a large global agency,
while allowing them the autonomy they need to remain at the top
of their fields.
This is certainly not the ONLY way to run a PR business. But
we believe that it's a happier way -- happier for clients, happier
for staff, and happier for our agency.
And at a time when we are all working harder than ever and the
challenges for businesses continue to escalate and grow on a
global scale, happiness matters.
Happiness -- how's that for differentiation? Let us know what
you think.
